FRS Easter Egg Hunt 2014

Since 2010, Families Overcoming Obstacles Together hosts an Easter Egg Hunt, free of charge, to children and their families, that typically hosts over 300 participants ranging in age from small children to the elderly. The Hunt is a family friendly event to unite the community and providechildren and their families with an opportunity to learn and experience new things right in their own “backyards.” In addition to collecting over a thousand treat-filled eggs, live animals including baby chicks and a lama, rabbits and ponies are introduced to the children via a mobile petting zoo. Bounce house fun and relays are also enjoyed, critical community resources are shared and other fun activities are provided for attendees.
